Smart Start Homes was founded in 2017 by Henry Gobel to fill a need in the new home marketplace. We felt that some new home buyers were having a hard time finding attractive and attainable homes that were move-in ready.

Our new home plan designs are specifically created to have fantastic curb appeal, while still being sensible in home size and sale price. Additionally, the interior layouts and finishes are constantly updated and tailored to the latest trends.

Home Building Systems

Construction of the new homes is completed with trusted trade partners that have decades of experience in the building industry. Providing good pricing on the homes requires being efficient in the building process. One of the keys to our efficiency, is that we don’t build custom homes.
